Project statement
The overall size of this primary bath was satisfactory, but the functionality no longer suited the homeowner’s needs. The original layout featured a small shower, a tight toilet area, and only a single sink, a large Jacuzzi occupied much space, but was not used frequently. So we set off to rework the layout to better accommodate a larger shower, a more comfortable and private toilet area, double sinks, and ideally still include a bathtub — all while achieving an updated, fresh aesthetic.
We reimagined the space, optimizing the floor plan to fit the desired bath elements. The design shifted away from the monochromatic white marble to a fresh, cleaner look with a beautiful floral pattern tile as a focal point. We carefully selected coordinating finishes that feel equally contemporary and timeless. The end result is a beautifully updated bathroom that is not only more functional but also a true retreat for the homeowners.
Project statement
The homeowner of this contemporary residence was ready for a refresh of their guest bath! All elements were left in place: size and functionality was there, the look needed to be brought into the 2020’s. We were tasked with bringing a fresh take on mid-century modern, with a respectful nod to the style, not a literal iteration of it.
The finishes stepped in the direction of fresh blues and cool grays. The end result is a beautifully updated bathroom that is equally modern and rejuvenating.
